Welcome to Athletics NSW & Little Athletics NSW's Regional Website.

You'll find information about Athletics and Running events for the Central Coast, Newcastle, Hunter Valley, Lake Macquarie and the Mid North Coast.

Athletics is a sport for all ages, you can start from Tiny Tots and continue through to Masters!

The Club Athletics season commences in September and concludes in April for most Clubs.
